We are seeking a full-time Clinic Manager to join our busy Plastic Surgery clinic located at the Providence Plaza Medical Office Building in NE Portland. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
As a manager, this position is responsible for providing superior leadership, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and lead by example. This position will also function as the primary liaison between clinic patients, staff, and providers. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of direct experience managing/supervising a busy medical specialty clinic. The candidate will also have knowledge and experience in medical patient accounts, patient registration, complex scheduling, phone systems, staff training, creating workflows and implementing best practices. Must demonstrate strong leadership, a passion for customer service, takes the initiative, able to motivate the team and clear understanding of clinic operations. You will be working between 2 locations, Providence St Vincents and Providence Plaza.
Workdays will be Monday-Friday. Free parking for clinic employees.
Starting pay range, based on experience: $74,497 - $111,745 per year.
Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent management experience.
- At least 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience in a medical office setting.
- Proficiency in EMR and scheduling software, EPIC experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.
- Excellent job stability and prior work references.
- Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
