Job Title: Psychiatric/Mental Health-NP
Location: Gardner or Northampton Outpatient Clinics
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluation and treatment of clients, including prescription services and ongoing medication monitoring.
- Work closely with staff and provide consultation as needed.
- Conduct medication reviews and monitoring as required.
- Provide medical and psychiatric consultations to staff.
- Evaluate or assist in the evaluation of clients in need of emergency treatment services for possible hospitalization.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision for outreach Clinicians and Family Support Workers who work with youth, adults, and families providing crisis stabilization and ongoing support.
