As a Licensed Therapist, you will be playing a front-line role for a collaborative, team-oriented organization. Our small caseloads for more personalized care and innovative approaches allows you to meet the client's needs in a community setting. As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. This role requires a high level of empathy, the ability to set boundaries, and the desire to work on a multidisciplinary team committed to supporting individuals.
Client Support
- Based on the assessments, the therapist will develop individualized treatment plans that may include a combination of individual and group therapy, and other evidence-based practices.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at overcoming dependencies and promoting positive change.
- Develop realistic treatment goals with clients in accordance with ethical and legal protocols.
Record Keeping
- Conduct thorough client assessments and maintain detailed progress notes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans, ensuring that they are compliant with state and federal regulations.
- Work closely with clinical director on chart audits and signing off on individual and group notes.
Teamwork
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving the overall quality of care provided to clients.
- Work closely with clinical and program director and other clinical professionals, such as psychiatrists, nurses to coordinate care and ensure that patients receive comprehensive treatment.
About You:
- Masters degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Certificates & Licenses: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC.
- Direct experience with addiction, dual diagnosis, mental health disorders, or evidence-based treatment approaches.
- A strong desire to grow your skills and work with a team.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and KIPU Systems Client Management Software).
- Familiarity with substance treatment industry: 12 step terminology, MAT, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), etc.

- CPR/First AID.
- Negative TB test results within past year.
- Medical clearance to work within past year.
- Ability to pass random drug screenings.
