The Company: McKinley is a highly respected welfare organization with a comprehensive array of programs and services – which touch nearly 1,800 lives annually – including short term residential treatment program (STRTP), Foster Care, Adoptions, Mental Health Services, and Special Education. McKinley has 5 locations throughout southern California with our main campus located in San Dimas.
The Position: We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor, who is willing to embrace McKinley’s mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical functions of staff to ensure quality of care to clients, the professional development of clinicians, and the adherence to agency policies and procedures.
Office Location/Shift: Hybrid. Office placement will depend on where candidates are located.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in DMH-contracted mental health settings
- 2 years post BBS licensure
- 2 years supervisory experience preferred
- Word Processing
- Email
- Internet
- Ability to learn clinical software
- Basic office skills (i.e. typing, telephone, copier)
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
- Ability to commute to various sites on and off campus
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
- DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index
- Insurability under Corporate Automobile Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the Mental Health Clinicians are in full regulatory compliance and that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices
- Provide individual and group supervision for Mental Health Clinicians in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards and agency policy
- Provide collaboration with Quality Assurance and Compliance Team Members to ensure documentation compliance.
- Work with other Department supervisors/managers to increase clear communication and mutual support between programs
- Monitor and assure adherence of programs to all governing bodies
- Monitor care records to assure that required treatment documentation is included and meets agency and professional standards
- Monitor and review all agency protocols and practices
- Assist Clinicians in developing treatment plans which ensure quality services and are sensitive to cultural issues.
- Other related duties as assigned.
