Description
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Sr Director, Cyber Defense located in Raritan, NJ. Remote US work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
The Sr Director, Cyber Defense’s primary role is to lead the Cyber Defense Organization with areas of focus to include SOC L1-L3, Incident management, Forensics, Defense Engineering, and Cyber Threat Intelligence. This role will lead the transformation of the current organization and outlined need for change to existing ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of the current response organization to industry-leading defense capabilities and services.
- Align critical long-term global partners and create our CTI capability.
- Work with Product and Service Owners, BIS teams, and ISRM LT to drive insight on the threat landscape.
- Create and evolve organizational operations playbook with increasing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 15 years’ experience in security defense leadership.
- A minimum of 10 years of cyber intelligence experience and industry-leading frameworks.
- Experience leading and managing complex security programs and defining industry standards.
- Excellent executive intelligence writing and briefing skills.

Base Pay Range: $163,000 - $282,900
