A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CMA
As a CMA, you enjoy interacting with and providing high-quality care for our senior residents. Because our CNA's and CMA's work so closely with our residents, you will create a special bond with them, which offers a meaningful relationship to both the resident and you. During each shift, you will provide direct resident care supporting their activities of daily living, pass medications, complete required documentation, and assist the charge nurse with all required resident care needs.
Your passion for your residents is apparent as you actively advocate for superior care and promote service excellence. Making a positive impact in the lives of our residents and their families is very rewarding!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CMA
- Certified Nurse Aide and Certified Medication Aide with a current state of Oklahoma certification
- Ability to complete physical tasks typically performed in CMA work
