Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of your job is to assist and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such activity must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times.
Education: Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree and a current RN license from the state of Colorado.
Experience: Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution. Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Licenses/Certification: LPN/RN in the state of Colorado.
Compensation:
RN - $29.48/hr - $37.35/hr, DOE
LPN - $20.55/hr - $26.04/hr, DOE
Current GVH employees transferring departments are not eligible for the Sign N Stay Bonus.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally (0-33%): Standing, sitting, changing position, reaching, reaching across midline, crouching/squatting, kneeling, lifting/lowering (0-50 lbs), carrying (0-50 lbs), pushing/pulling (0-50 lbs).
Frequently (34 – 66%): Walking, handling, fingering, feeling, stooping.
Continuously (37 -100%): See with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance.
Shift: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Schedule: Days or Nights
Status: FT
