Join CentraCare as a Radiologic Technologist Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing staff schedules, monthly meetings, and serving as a liaison between technologists and leadership. Oversee protocol management, performance evaluations, and policy adherence in collaboration with the Imaging Clinical Daily Operations Manager.
SCHEDULE
- Full-time | 60-80 hours every two weeks
- Rotating day/evening shifts | Monday-Friday
- Every 5th weekend | rotating holidays
PAY & BENEFITS
- Pay determined by experience
- $15,000 Student loan repayment OR up to $7,500 hiring bonus + $5,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible candidates

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree as Radiology Technologist OR Associate's Degree in Radiology
- 2 years or more of work-related skill or experience
- Member of AART or registry eligible

Full-time or part-time status may impact bonus amount.
