We are looking for an energetic mental health practitioner to work in our mental health urgent care unit and mobile crisis response team on a temporary basis (six weeks from the date of hire). This temporary position assists children, adolescents, and adults who are in a crisis through assessment, interventions, and safety planning. Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Complete crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services both in person and via telehealth.
- Complete crisis screenings and triage by phone and in person.
- Teach mental health skills to individuals and families.
- Work closely with community providers, referral sources, and other responders while coordinating follow-up care and services.
Requirements:
- Must meet DHS requirements of a Mental Health Practitioner.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a DHS background study.
- Use of electronic health record.

Pay: From $24.97 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
