The Manager of Payor Partnerships will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives with the underwriting, negotiation, and execution of complex value-based care agreements with payor partners. This position requires strong collaboration across actuarial, operations, legal, and business development teams to drive successful integrated care partnerships, including pay-for-performance, shared savings, and capitation models.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Negotiation and Strategy:
- Support negotiation processes, including contracting, financial modeling, and pricing.
- Collaborate with actuarial teams to develop financial models and perform ad-hoc analyses.
- Innovate financial structures for payor negotiations.
- Strategic Analysis and Presentation:
- Conduct strategic analyses to guide negotiation strategies.
- Present findings to senior executives and assist in creating strategic meeting materials.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful deal execution.
