Need a Physical Therapist for a traveler position in Iowa! New Grads Welcomed. The position includes:
- 50% Estherville, Iowa SNF
- 50% Jackson, Minnesota SNF and HH in that area
- Both Minnesota and Iowa licenses are required, but can start with one active license. Iowa is compact.
- Occasional Windom SNF coverage.
- Drive Time and Mileage paid between facilities and during Home Health travel.
- Software - Netsmart for Home Health and Net Health for SNF - training available.
- Offering at least 13 weeks with an option for a longer term - up to 1 year.
- Flexibility in schedule for time off requested or to shift worked days: Normal is M-F, could do Su-Th to have F off.
- Home Health is approximately 6 clients per day and SNF Productivity expectations are 85% (includes evaluations and group/concurrent time in full).
