As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you're a key player in helping children learn new skills while addressing any behaviors that can be barriers to their independence! Your day-to-day tasks involve working collaboratively with your team and putting personalized behavior plans into action.

- Consistent Hours: As an RBT, employees in good standing are eligible for 30 hours per week, regardless of client cancellations.

Compensation range:
- $18.50-$25/hour based on experience
- Bonus opportunities up to $1200 a year based on attendance and note completion
Schedule and location:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm availability (Friday hours voluntary)

RBT Responsibilities:
- Support children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other developmental challenges, by applying evidence-based strategies, and tailored ABA interventions, expertly guided by BCBAs.
- Drive change by implementing programs that foster essential life skills, reduce challenging behaviors and support children to gain independence.
- Use discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching to ensure each child’s growth.
- Ensure integrity by collecting precise data on behaviors and maintaining comprehensive session notes, all through efficient use of technology.
- Deliver excellence in every session, ensuring optimal progress and maintaining the highest standards of treatment integrity.
- Collaborate as one team, working closely with fellow ABA team members and interdisciplinary providers to achieve skill mastery and generalization.
- Respond to feedback promptly, using strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance client care.
- Foster continuous improvement by responding, staying up to date with the latest practices through ongoing training, ensuring that you always deliver the best results.
Required Qualifications:
- Age: At least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification(s):
- BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR is preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician is required
Physical Requirements:
The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.
