Job Description
Park Nicollet Clinics – Prior Lake is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their growing, collaborative care team. Our Primary Care Clinicians provide comprehensive services in health promotion, screening, diagnosis, and disease management. The successful Clinician will have their own patient panel. Minimum of 3+ years of outpatient primary care clinician experience. No call, no weekends.
