Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN). This role leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position must demonstrate sound management skills through problem solving and decision making. They are responsible to supervise in compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies. Team includes a Director of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Social Worker, and more.
This nursing schedule includes:
- 64 hours every two weeks
- Evening shift

Responsibilities/Job Description
- Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
- Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date
- Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions
- Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
- RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing
- Current CPR /BLS certified
- One to three years of experience
- Basic Computer Skills
Preferred:
- Supervisory skills
- Point Click Care knowledge
