This Ultrasound Technologist will join a community hospital that is located in Central Nebraska, and is a part of a network of hospitals and clinics serving this part of their county. This accredited facility is committed to patient and employee satisfaction, and has been a staple of their community for over 120 years.
The Ultrasound Technologist will report to the Radiology Diagnostic Supervisor, and will work with a passionate group of tenured radiology specialists. They will partner with other full time radiology technologists in numerous modalities who each play a vital role in ensuring this department runs smoothly and efficiently.
The Radiology department includes multiple modalities to cover any need a patient might have, including Mammography, CT Scans, Ultrasounds, MRI imaging, and Nuclear Medicine. The Ultrasound Tech in particular will perform routine diagnostic procedures and produce high quality radiographic images. Their role will focus on Cardiac Ultrasounds, general abdominal exams, Venus and Carotid Doppler exams, and OB/GYN scans. Infection Control procedures and accurate documenting of completed exams and patient records are essential to this role.
