Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Population Health, the Foot Clinic Nurse supports patients in assessments and treatments related to foot care. This position has a desire to promote patient health through foot care and work collaboratively with providers, nurses, and other care team members.

Key Accountabilities

Provide patient care through assessments and treatments directly related to foot care.
Provide hands on foot care including nail clipping/cutting, diabetic foot exams, and patient education on foot care.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for foot care needs.

Minimum Qualifications

3-5 years nursing experience
LPN or RN licensure
Willing to complete foot care certification
BLS required
Valid Nebraska driver’s license
