We are currently seeking a driven, experienced attorney to lead our Arizona office as the Managing Partner. This role will oversee Arizona operations from A to Z, offering a rare opportunity to build something truly great while elevating your career to new heights.

We are getting a steady flow of high quality Arizona cases, with more room to grow it. Candidate must have the work ethic to manage a law firm.
Although not a requirement, we are looking for someone who has Arizona roots and is also able to bring in their own cases.

Compensation: Base salary plus PROFIT SHARE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Arizona operations, from hiring and managing staff (with support from our HR department) to managing cases and clients.
- Lead business development efforts, working closely with Firm Co-Founders to grow the Arizona practice.
- Ensure exceptional client service and case outcomes.
- Monitor operations and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
- Proven success in handling personal injury cases and strong client advocacy.
- Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, capable of fostering a high-performing team.
- Tech-savvy with experience in legal research tools and software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Motivated, ambitious, and committed to long-term success.
