Office Manager
Coordinates various office support services, including purchasing and facilities management, which may include the following:
- Supervises office administrative staff
- Manages Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Trains and coaches employees
- Acts as a liaison between executives and clients/customers
- Provides executive support
- Establishes cost-effective vendor relationships
- Resolves issues and complaints
- Oversees shipping/receiving and inventory
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Organized and multiple-task-oriented
- Strong leader with good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and QuickBooks
- Articulate, as the incumbent will converse with clients and upper management
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
