PREBENA North American Fasteners Corp. produces and provides collated fasteners for professionals. As a subsidiary of the PREBENA Group, we operate in the heart of West Virginia since 1987.

Your future field of responsibility

Further develop our US company based in West Virginia according to our growth and strategic plan
Support, develop and adapt our product and service offerings for the American market
Monitor current market trends and competitor activities and coordinating with the German Management
Maintain and expand customer and supplier relationships
Lead and direct the company

Your profile

You have a degree, preferably with a focus on business administration or a comparable qualification
You are characterized by a hands-on attitude and have the ability to bring the team to its best performance
You have strategic foresight and experience in managing projects in an international environment
You are structured, analytical and have a strong, assertive personality.
You have negotiation skills and a strong focus on profitability.
Fluent in English and preferably German
