Our team of experts provides relevant expertise and experience within their domain combined with deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and wider ecosystem. About You
As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to act as subject matter experts and drive the design of effective and innovative solutions across industries. We seek someone who communicates clearly and confidently, leading technical briefings and business requirements gathering sessions.
Your Key Result Areas
- Provides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer's business requirements.
- Create, manage, and present an actionable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer's technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Solutions.
- Responsible for designing/architecting the solution and development part with the help of development for large-scale customers.
- Responsible for Hands-on development of POCs / features.
Required skills and experience:
- Salesforce Configuration/Customization, LWCs, Salesforce Integration, Salesforce Data, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, SFDC Sharing and Visibility.
- Hands-on Technical Architecture Experience.
- FSC experience or Banking experience preferred.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills for this multifaceted, constantly evolving global field service implementation project.
- Designs technology architecture to align with enterprise standards, processes, procedures, and targets.
- Makes technology choices, supervises the quality and implementation of designs, and develops high-performance architects within the organization.
- Focus on functional, platform, and integration architecture.
- Communicates technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business stakeholders.
- Provides a delivery framework that ensures quality and success.
- Drives Design Authority Board sessions along with multiple stakeholders and brings in processes for smooth execution of Design review and approvals.

The annual salary for this position is between $175,000 and $190,000, depending on the successful candidate's experience and other qualifications.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
