What you will do:
- Lead and conduct user research to help shape understanding of our users, their needs, motivations and how they use our product.
- Define, plan, and execute impactful research on multiple aspects of our products and experiences throughout different stages of the product life cycle.
- Work across multiple teams using various research methodologies.
- Present and communicate user research and recommendations to teams and stakeholders.
- Support and develop best practices, research methodologies and frameworks to drive efficiency across the organization.
- Be an advocate for the customer and foster a shared understanding of a customer-first approach in the organization.
- Summarize and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
- Evangelize user research practice and findings throughout the organization.
- Work cross-functionally between our Product and Business Intelligence teams to help flesh out our understanding of our users and their behavior.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience driving user research for SaaS products.
- Significant hands-on experience across exploratory and evaluative qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate research insights to different stakeholders concisely and persuasively.
- Ability to manage project prioritization and multiple stakeholder relationships independently.
- Naturally curious and enjoy tackling complex problems.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- B2B experience.
- Knowledge of user analytics and research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap, UserTesting, UserZoom, Qualtrics, etc.).

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
