Who we are looking forThe State Street Global Markets ("SSGM") Data Governance and Corporate Programs Lead is a senior leader responsible for Global Markets' adoption and execution of the Corporate Data Governance Policy. The role will serve as the single point of contact and project lead across all corporate programs administered to Global Markets (e.g. Third Party Risk Management, Resolution Planning).
The successful candidate for this role will drive SSGM efforts to adopt the Corporate Data Governance and other programs while providing consistent SSGM context, prioritization and risk assessment. This position will collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including but not limited to:
- SSGM Business Units
- SSGM Product Management
- SSGM Data Stewards
- Finance and Markets Business Risk
- Technology
- Enterprise Data Governance & Management
Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible forAs SSGM Data Governance and Corporate Programs Lead, you will:
- Design and execute data programs across the GM business units to ensure key data sources used by or critical data created in GM, is correct, controlled, and documented.
- Oversee day-to-day Data Governance Operations including:
- Assignment of Data Stewards
- Data Quality assessments and lineage documentation
- GM Data Domain ownership
- Execute the Corporate Data program business line requirements working with our Business Risk partners to document and establish data quality controls.
- In conjunction with Global Business Leads, drive resolution of data, information and processing challenges impacting operational or business performance.
- Ensure execution of other corporate programs such as TPRM is managed consistently with GM context, prioritization and risk assessment.
- Resolve programs issues across GM for more effective and efficient execution of programs.
- Provide project management for GM owned resolution plans or other corporate program adoption.

Salary Range:$135,000 - $210,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
