The NAM Head of CitiService Delivery for Securities Services will be responsible for execution on standing up the target operating model for CitiServices in NAM while also playing a critical role in designing a globally consistent scalable model. This individual will face off to key external clients as well as internal stakeholders across multi products. This role will report into the Head of CitiService for the Securities Services in Operations and will be part of the leadership team for CitiService.
Responsibilities:

- Interfaces, influences and negotiates with senior leadership, regional business partners, vendors and any other stakeholders driving implementation initiatives.
- Brings advanced experience from prior senior management roles at Citi or other large financial institutions coupled with extensive experience in process/project management.
- Able to prioritize multiple projects, closely monitors progress and follows up accordingly. Leverages metrics to evaluate team performance and find optimization opportunities.
- Attracts, recruits, retains and nurtures top class talent - manages performance evaluation and talent development cycles in accordance with Citi rules and policies for ratings, compensation, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned focused on designing Target Operating Model organizationally and input into strategic architecture design.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience.
- Data driven and analytical thinker.
- Effective communicator with senior leaders and clients.
- Experience with Aladdin or other software for portfolio management.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a high volume environment.
- Experience with large institutional clients.
- Wide organizational knowledge and cross-functional teamwork experience to deliver multi-work stream projects.
- Communication and presentation skills to command senior client and senior internal stakeholder meetings (Steering Committees).
- Effective Leadership skills; ability to promote team building and develop partnerships with other teams.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Effective influence skills.
- Strong program and change management skills.
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred and managerial experience.
