Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Solution Architect, Order Fulfillment to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for system solutions in the areas of Telecom order fulfillment orchestration, inventory, provisioning, and activation domains. You will use your deep technical background to build simple but scalable solutions to support complex business processes.

As a Senior Solution Architect, Order Fulfillment, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Define the architecture, components, modules, interfaces, and data of systems to satisfy specified requirements.
- Design the solutions for optimal performance, scalability, and stability.
- Explore how the latest technologies in the market can be leveraged to solve complex business problems and support proof of concepts.
- Work closely with senior management, analyzing long-term business goals and suggesting ways the organization might achieve these goals with technology.
- Guide others to assess system usage trends, identify potential performance constraints with inter-system designs, and recommend solutions.
- Provide industry knowledge, experience, and best practices to help the team stay ahead of the curve in keeping our technology stack cutting edge.
- Influence, negotiate, build consensus, and align with peer engineering, product, business teams, and vendor partners on solutioning and implementation.
- Hands-on involvement as needed in all areas of SDLC - development, debugging, verification and testing, production monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Laying out Enterprise architecture and design for systems and applications spanning multiple departments and organizations.
- Review, document, and publish the architecture, interfaces, and design documents based on sessions with IT and Business partners and existing artifacts.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 10+ years of development experience with JAVA, J2EE including the ability to troubleshoot various environment issues.
- 8+ years of experience in Java microservices development including the ability to troubleshoot various environment issues.
- 5+ years of experience with Micro Services and domain-driven design.
- 3+ years of experience with one of the major cloud providers GCP, Azure, or AWS.
- 3+ years of development experience with Service Now flow designer.
- 5+ years of experience leading solution architecture lifecycle including concept, design, prototyping, integration, testing, and production release.
- 4+ years of experience working in Telecom provisioning solutions.
- 4+ years of experience implementing BPM/Workflow/Orchestration tools.

- Java and Cloud (GCP/Azure/AWS) Certifications.
