UK Insurance Industry Leader - Senior Manager/Associate Partner

Wavestone UK is seeking to hire a UK Insurance – Consulting Leader. Over the years, we have established ourselves as a strong partner in the UK insurance sector. We currently advise 13 of the largest 15 European Insurers and 4 of the top 5 reinsurers.
Your role as a Senior Manager or Associate Partner means being a key player in the development of the UK practice in terms of:
- Deep Industry Expertise and Experience: Proven track record in delivering Insurance transformation across the value chain, leveraging Technology to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Business Development: Play a key sales role, driving complex business proposals and contributing significantly to account development.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the technology and insurance sector.
- People Development: Supporting the development of our teams in the UK, and leading and coaching our teams both on client engagements and internally.
To be considered for this role:
- Solid foundations in consulting skills in external client-facing consulting or equivalent role (Insurance transformation, management, or Advisory focused).
- Proven track record of selling consulting services (account planning, pitches, proposals, value proposition development).
- Solid network of contacts within the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization, experience in managing and leading teams, developing and coaching junior members of staff.
- Proven background leading strategic Transformation Programmes and strong acumen enhancing advisory credibility.

Travel and Location
Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to commute to the office/client site whenever necessary. Wavestone UK office is in the heart of the city of London.
