Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Software Engineer to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in resolving complex technical issues and maintaining quality standards throughout the development process. You'll have the exciting opportunity to build and deploy web applications and REST APIs, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing healthcare API capabilities. - Research, develop, and extend software applications to enhance project offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability

The Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years of coding experience using .NET framework
- Strong background in C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and SQL Server, with familiarity in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with healthcare APIs (e.g., FHIR, HL7, X12 278) and web development technologies (XML, JSON, Rest, Soap, WS)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure resources, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and test-driven design
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
