Our Screening team seeks a Sr. Manager of User Experience who will lead and inspire a team of UX designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative and intuitive products.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field (or related experience).
8+ years of experience in user experience design, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing design teams.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Ability to leverage data analytics to inform design decisions and measure the impact of UX improvements.
Must have:
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others.
Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Nice to have:
Deep understanding of screening workflows, regulations, and best practices.
Knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to Screening processes and Fair Housing.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $155,000-$200,000.
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type. Regular full-time employees are eligible for benefits.
