The Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics will be responsible for leading a team that will deliver clear, reliable performance metrics, deriving actionable insight from complex business data, and leveraging data to understand and improve marketing business processes. This individual must be able to clearly articulate our value proposition, develop analytic strategies as well as craft a set of supporting/actionable tactics that produce measurable and sustainable results. The ideal candidate will display drive, initiative, leadership, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee an analytics program, including tagging maintenance, data collection, cross-channel data integration, reporting and insights, dashboards, data visualization, data mining, predictive analytics, audience measurement, brand and competitive intelligence, and site surveys.
- Work collaboratively with business leaders to assess business needs and solutions, and implement a strategy for improving the reporting, analytic, and dashboard systems.
- Oversee the creation and hands-on development of monitoring, reporting, and data discovery solutions using Qlikview, SSRS, SQL, and SSIS.
- Proactively work with operations management to develop an understanding of business processes and conceptualize dashboards, scorecards, and KPI development.
- Accountable for accurate and timely execution of ad-hoc, routine, and project-oriented metric and reporting needs of the business.
- Establish short-term and long-term metrics and goals for the department, including defining and enforcing data standards, governance, and best practices by supporting the review and approval of data definitions and business rules.
- Continually evaluate rationalization of reporting to identify redundancies, development of automated solutions, and identify efficiencies to minimize manual processes.
- Partner with IT to build an environment for a team to perform analyses such as advertising performance analysis, website analytics, customer segmentation, survey design and analysis, ROI modeling, lifetime value analysis, cross-channel analysis, media mix analysis, and brand research.
- Work with marketing channel managers to design marketing test programs and measure KPIs for offline and online marketing programs (including extensive web analytics).
- Hands-on experience with analytical, business intelligence, and visualization (preferably Tableau) tools is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent programming skills in SQL.
- Comfortable working with large data sets.
- Experience with website, mobile, and social analytics.
- Experience with setting up website testing and campaign optimization (A/B, Multi-variate).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated high competency in project management and the execution of multiple large projects, including managing resources across multiple projects to meet goals.
- Experience with digital analytics and measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, Tealium Tag Management, Salesforce Cloud.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills and ability to communicate well to both technical and business audiences.
Hiring Range:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $119,900 - $183,430
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $102,600 - $156,655
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
