JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join our industry-leading team.
As a Vice President of Sales Enablement in M&A, you will be responsible for supporting ongoing client and sales engagement activities on behalf of the business, which includes strategy, planning, best in class execution and continuous improvement, and reporting on performance. You will drive and track a portfolio of initiatives, collectively aimed at growing the business in a data-driven way, streamlining front office client engagement, and providing timely and intuitive analytics for senior management decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of revenue-growth focused business intelligence initiatives, leading to actionable insights for senior business leaders to take forward, and maximize penetration of total addressable market.
- Direct strategic thinking and approach, guiding teams with the most complex aspects of problem solving specifically client targeting.
- Craft clear and coherent narratives, leveraging creative data visualization and compelling storytelling, to enable client engagement and targeting.
- Facilitate coordination between M&A and Industry Coverage teams on business development initiatives.
- Drive business development strategy surrounding key industry events, ensuring maximum effect through pre-event preparation, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Develop presentations and executive material to analyze and articulate performance, competitive positioning, and market opportunities.
- Manage programs/initiatives that drive targeting and lead generation efforts.
- Perform bespoke/ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and diagnose performance.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area.
- Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills, leveraging versatile skillset to identify and recommend ways to address issues with performance, strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact, influence, and collaborate effectively with all levels of a highly complex organization.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. Self-motivated and able to work with high degree of independence.
