Utilization Management - Leadership position

Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and seniors and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions.
The Utilization Management Director is responsible for the management of the Utilization Management Department and the collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting of complex clinical data. This position will monitor adherence to the hospital's utilization management plan to ensure the effective and efficient use of hospital services.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters' degree in a recognized mental health field or Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of two years psychiatric experience in chart analysis and in the utilization management field. One (1) year of management experience preferred.
- Current RN, LPC or LMSW preferred.
