As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in providing leadership and oversight across Western Power’s Clean Energy Link (CEL) Program and other critical Transmission expansion projects. You will be accountable for delivering multiple projects within a program and portfolio of works, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your strategic leadership will drive the success of these projects, from initial planning through to execution, ensuring alignment with Western Power's overall objectives.
Your Role in Action
- Lead the development and operation of the Portfolio Management Office (PMO), ensuring efficient delivery across a portfolio of projects.
- Oversee supply chain management, long lead commitments, and coordinate key activities like land acquisitions and planned network outages.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure all projects meet their goals for time, budget, resourcing, and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage both internal teams and external vendors to enhance the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) capabilities and ensure its successful establishment.
