The Senior Product Manager, RSV Marketing will report to the Senior Director, HCP Marketing Lead and work with other members of the RSV Marketing team to develop HCP strategies and tactics driving clear and impactful disease and brand messaging. The individual in this position will have the opportunity to develop and implement HCP marketing initiatives. The Senior Product Manager will be an integral member of the RSV marketing organization with significant collaboration with cross functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead overall development of 2024 offer and customer purchase program through collaboration with cross functional teams
- Lead overall development of an implementation strategy and tactics resulting in high coverage rates within eligible patient populations
- Development of HCP disease awareness and branded sales force materials
- Support development of competitive defense strategies and tactics
- Support other HCP related tactics
- Manage POA and sales meeting execution for RSV Franchise content
- Participate in market research and interact with customer-facing teams to mine customer insights
- Contribute to the development of strategic integrated marketing plans
- Measure impact of HCP tactics

About You
Skills, Expertise and Contribution:
- The ideal candidate will have in-line brand strategy and tactical execution experience demonstrating a track record of success
- The ideal candidate has pharmaceutical sales experience and experience working with field sales teams in a marketing role
- Strong project management skills; demonstrated experience managing multiple cross functional projects and external vendors required
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a matrix environment
- Excellent oral and written communication with a strong attention to detail
- Team player who is flexible, can work independently, and in collaboration with several teams
- Experience working with MLR
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve mutual objectives
- Creativity, enthusiasm, analytical acumen, and exceptional overall business insight are fundamental
Qualifications:
- B.A. or a B.S. degree is required
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience with a minimum of 2+ years of marketing experience in either vaccines or specialty pharmaceuticals
- RSV or pediatric experience preferred
- Market Research experience is preferred
- Sales experience is preferred
