The Division of Dermatology, Department of Medicine, at MaineHealth is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Inpatient Dermatologist to join their growing Dermatology practice at MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Portland. The dermatology clinics have state-of-the-art facilities with confocal microscopy, total body photography, phototherapy, pulsed-dye laser, Mohs surgery and dermatopathology in-house. In this position, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with 6 BC Dermatologists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
The position offers:
- Opportunity to treat adult and pediatric patients in the ambulatory and inpatient setting.
- Candidates will have the expectation of an academic appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine and access to faculty development provided through the Tufts programs.
- Academic opportunities exist with internal medicine, medicine-pediatrics and family medicine residents, fellows and medical students.
- Full administrative and scribe support provided for clinic.
- Flexible weekday clinic schedule to allow dedicated time for inpatient consults, rounding and hospital discharge clinic. No call on weekends or holidays.
