For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for all eligible experienced Registered Nurses with 1-2 years of experience, and up to $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN experience!
- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part-time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part-time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

This is a part-time, day-shift salaried position working Monday-Friday with some schedule flexibility. Your weekends are free! After being fully trained, there is the opportunity to work one day from home.
Position Summary
The Occupational Health Nurse provides services including injury assessment, triage and case management, post-offer pre-employment nursing assessments, employee education, high quality cost-effective injury management, continuous process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, documentation and evaluation of the effects of nursing care. As business need dictates, may perform some of the duties of the Employee Health Nurse.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current Certified Occupational Health Nurse certification required.
- Experience: Three years of relevant experience required.
