Job Description
- Establish the vision, strategy and roadmap for all digital marketing activities delivered via web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid media campaigns and work with Digital, Data and Enablement (DDE) team to inform product roadmap needs to orchestrate and measure.
- Define how CPS uses social media within the end-to-end customer experience; designs and maintains our social media presence.
- Define segmentation/audience activation strategy and key journeys/campaigns to drive conversion in partnership with channel marketing.
- Define personalization strategy and business rules to deliver multi-channel nurture campaigns to enable personalized experiences at scale.
- Define digital-only coverage strategy for prospects and lower tier client segments.
- Define digital marketing goals and KPI framework and partner across teams to develop, measure and assess performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and plans, coordinate execution and measurement of multi-variant testing approaches and holdout groups to optimize engagement/conversions.
- Collaborate with agencies, marketing managers, DDE and tech teams to design and develop landing pages, digital forms, e-kits, and to optimize user experience.
- Partner with DDE and tech teams to evaluate how emerging technologies support business goals.
- Provide peer coaching, thought leadership and perspective on best in-class ways of working to deliver and optimize investor-centric digital experiences.
The Successful Applicant
Education, Experience, And Licensing Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of previous experience in marketing and digital, with demonstrable skills
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within wealth management
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and paid media campaigns
- Experience defining digital channel strategy, designing journeys/campaigns and optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience designing A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools (website content management system, marketing automation, and marketing analytics tools) to understand the art of the possible, what can be content managed versus what requires development
- Basic understanding of digital copywriting best practices
- Experience in designing and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
