Firm Description: We are seasoned investment managers with decades long investment performance history as well as serial entrepreneurs who have built, managed and sold multiple businesses for up to $450M. We have recently launched a new fund concept at the forefront of technology and private credit.
Our firm is targeting the lesser-known and underserved asset-based private credit investments. These investments differ from traditional private credit funds who target cash-flow-based loans. We invest in hard-to-access, niche assets such as elective medical loans, MCAs, equipment finance and small balance consumer loans as some examples. We often utilize highly specialized technology, developed in-house to access, organize, surveil and cure investments. Given our tech-enabled unique access, we are often the ”lender of only resort” and therefore have limited competition from other sources of capital such as large funds or regulated banks. Limited competition is what generates this strategy’s alpha or higher risk-adjusted returns.
Our mission is to packaged these highly unique assets into a 40’ Act registered interval fund and offer this differentiated fund to the RIA channel. The fund believes that this channel limited access to niche strategies described above. The fund’s mission is two-fold: enhance the investment offerings to Main Street investors while lowering the cost of capital to Main Street borrowers.
