Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Support the legal team by managing workflow assignments and coordinating legal tasks.
- Maintain and update the repository’s legal documentation.
- Assist in managing the tracking system for legal tasks.
- Work closely with attorneys and internal clients to ensure smooth coordination of legal tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to help the legal team achieve their objectives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative or legal support role, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
- Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and high level of integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams in various geographic locations.
- Ability to understand and manage complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward task completion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
