Annual salary range: $235,000 – $390,000
We are looking to speak with corporate and life sciences associate attorneys to join our client’s Corporate practice in their Boston office.

Your practice will be focused on representing privately held and publicly traded life sciences companies, including startup and formation matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, venture capital financings, capital markets transactions, SEC reporting and disclosures, and corporate reorganizations.
Billable Hours target: No specific target.
