Overview
The Senior Director Strategy Execution will report to the EVP and Chief Medical Officer (EVP/CMO) and provide strategic thought leadership, operational efficiencies, and decision-making to amplify the department’s aligned approach on key priorities. The Senior Director will serve as a trusted advisor to the EVP/CMO, handling a wide array of business tasks to extend the internal and external reach of the EVP/CMO. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring that strategic goals are met within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Business Management or Business Administration. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field. Strong organizational agility with proven ability to perform in a dynamic, highly-matrixed environment. A strategic thinker with proven experience driving strategy, execution, and decision-making.
- Licensure/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), preferred.

- Demonstrated flexibility and comfort working in ambiguity.

- Additional Skills (preferred): Experience implementing and overseeing programs, policies, and supporting technology.
