What You’ll Do
- Develop and Execute AI Strategy: Establish and drive the enterprise AI products strategy and strategic AI roadmap.
- Guide Executive Leadership: Influence and guide executive leadership to accelerate the adoption and implementation of AI products in key initiatives.
- Collaborate and Co-develop Solutions: Create bespoke AI demonstrations, business cases (ROI), and presentations that shape the company’s strategic AI roadmap.
- Industry Expertise: Utilize industry knowledge to navigate data privacy, security, and ethical considerations.
- Market Insights: Research AI market trends to inform and influence AI strategy, particularly in the retail landscape.
- Sales Enablement: Drive AI sales enablement and productivity in partnership with finance and business leaders.
- Risk Management: Advise on AI-related risks in collaboration with legal and internal audit teams.
- Change Management: Build and execute AI adoption and change management strategies, partnering with various AI-enabled product teams and data/AI platform teams.
Experience You’ll Bring
- AI/ML Strategy Development: Experience leading the development of AI/ML strategies and solutions, including advanced AI technologies like Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and LLMs.
- Technical Expertise: Professional experience in data & analytics, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience with direct report responsibility.
- Industry Experience: Deep industry knowledge, preferably in retail.
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to articulate AI benefits to senior executives.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven collaborator in multidisciplinary environments.
- Thought Leadership: Insight into the potential and challenges of real-world AI implementations.

Required Qualifications:
- 12 years of IT experience
- 8 years of experience managing AI solution development and implementation
- 5 years of experience in developing and influencing enterprise technology strategy
- 5 years of leadership experience with direct report responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role in a large matrixed, retail organization
- Experience in retail industry
- Experience working with large AI technology partners on AI focused efforts
- Master's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or related field

Pay Range: $205,000.00 - $389,500.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
