Responsibilities:
- Support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Engineering and Prototyping by providing both operational and technical expertise in data management and coordination. This role will support business operations by automating processes, improving team collaboration, and enhancing productivity.
- Manage meetings, track action items, and contribute to enhancing data-driven operations.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documenting action items for follow-up.
- Track and manage the completion of action items across multiple teams and projects.
- Present ideas and data insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams, fostering an environment of teamwork.
- Solve unconventional problems with ingenuity and technical expertise.
- Update, configure, and customize SharePoint websites to meet team needs.
- Manage site permissions, ensuring secure access and integration with other services.
- Oversee the integration of SharePoint with other tools and platforms to improve collaboration and efficiency.
- Build interactive data visualizations for tracking key metrics and actionable insights.
- Identify and assist in the development of business applications to streamline internal processes.
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and business processes using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
- Manage and analyze data to extract actionable insights and generate reports for decision-makers.
- Ensure proper data handling, security, and compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.
- Stay up to date with DoD, DoN, and relevant directives concerning data management in acquisition and weapons systems.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Allowable Substitution:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and at least six (6) years of related experience. Or a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least eight (8) years of related experience.
Experience:
- At least four (4) years of related experience in operations, data management, or coordination.
- Experience in advanced SharePoint use to include configuration and management.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Power Suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in DoD acquisition processes, regulations, and data security protocols is highly desired.
- Knowledge of government data handling security protocols is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address unconventional challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Collaborative mindset and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders. Candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft Power Suite, particularly Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Other: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. An Active Secret Security Clearance is preferred.
Wage Range Information: This full-time position’s wage range is $80,000- $100,000 (salary) depending on experience and qualifications.
