Job Description
We seek an experienced and driven SAP Program-Project Manager to lead global projects or roll out SAP S/4HANA across our customers' organizations.
This high-impact role oversees all aspects of the project, from planning and design to implementation and go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the overall program scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Establish and lead a cross-functional program team, including internal resources and external partners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan, including project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across multiple countries and business units.
- Ensure adherence to global standards and best practices while accommodating local requirements.
- Own the project engagement and be responsible for delivery of its major elements, including project business objectives, scope, and solution within quality criteria, on time and budget.
- Act as a point of contact between stakeholders and project managers/stream leads to ensure key milestones are met during implementation and execution.
- Report directly to project stakeholders and Client executives.
- Coordinate between project managers/stream leads and partners on the project.
- Collaborate with the project managers to ensure deadlines are met and ensure resource allocation and capacity planning for the project.
- Plan and monitor program execution.
- Lead and participate in the briefs with the business and Executive briefs and steering committees with the stakeholders.
- Manage program-level status, metrics, issues, and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables.
- Proactively report risks, issues, and identify potential planning gaps.
- Active risk management, implement and maintain an ongoing risk and quality management framework.
- Drive actions to mitigate risks.
- Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects.
- Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project.
- Understand SAP project implementation phases and delivery models.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale SAP implementation programs, including global rollouts.
- Minimum 5 End-to-end implementations as Program/Project Manager.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its functionalities.
- Proven track record of successful program delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in Pharma project implementation.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- French language is a plus.
