In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage the incident response team to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans, playbooks, and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Threat Detection and Monitoring:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of threat detection systems and tools.
- Develop and refine detection rules, signatures, and use cases to improve threat detection capabilities.
Automation of Cybersecurity Processes:
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual cybersecurity tasks.
- Ensure automation solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with industry best practices.
Knowledge, Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of incident response, threat detection, and cybersecurity automation.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and SOAR platforms.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
