Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy
- Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation programs to create awareness, generate leads, and drive sales pipeline.
- Own the strategy and execution for top-of-funnel lead generation as well as nurturing programs to drive qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Design and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeted at strategic accounts.
Campaign Management
- Create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital (paid search, paid social, display, email), content syndication, webinars, events, and other marketing channels.
- Develop the marketing technology stack, including automation tools (HubSpot or Marketo), Salesforce, and attribution tools to track and optimize campaigns.
Analytics and Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing attribution to optimize ROI, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously improve demand generation tactics and strategies.
Collaboration with Sales
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals, lead quality, and sales enablement strategies.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop lead handoff processes and reporting metrics that ensure transparency and accountability between marketing and sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Ability to work independently and think big, while getting things done. Initially this role will have no direct reports, but the individual should be a leader who can mentor and grow a team in the future.
- Proven experience in developing and executing lead generation and ABM strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and create actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Act as a team player.

Current pay Range: $140,000-$180,000 Annually
