What will you be doing?
As a director, you will lead a team and act as the main conduit between healthcare clients and our team on a range of complex assignments. Responsibilities may include:
- Engaging with clients to foster trust and credibility.
- Assessing clients' business approaches and engaging in c-suite and board-level conversations.
- Swiftly assessing business needs and designing measurable solutions.
- Communicating regularly with clients and project team members.
- Providing guidance to manage a client through crisis.
- Collaborating with representatives from other service lines.
- Effectively managing client project plans.
- Managing performance of project teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Improving client tracking tools and developing KPIs.
- Redesigning and implementing leading practice workflows.
- Knowledge of engagement economics and overall product delivery.
- Developing and delivering high-quality work products.
- Utilizing experience in interim roles.
- Developing clear transition and handoff plans.
- Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand business scope.

What are we looking for?
- High energy individuals with a passion for healthcare.
- A minimum of Eight (8) years of prior work experience in healthcare or consulting.
- BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Prior experience with revenue cycle in a hospital or larger health system.
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle issues and solutions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; experience with Tableau, SQL, SPSS, Power BI is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle systems and operations.
- Ability to identify key operational performance drivers.
- Experience with managing client engagements and mentoring junior staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Compensation Statement:
The annual base salary range is $160 – $180k commensurate with experience. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on performance. Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are entitled to participate in fringe benefits and paid time off.
