Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Summary/Objective:
The Treasury Management Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all treasury management sales and account management activities for the bank. This role ensures that business clients receive the best solutions for their cash flow, liquidity, and payment needs, enhancing profitability and client satisfaction.
Primary Functions:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve market penetration and drive revenue growth.
2. Execute a strategic plan for the treasury management services, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall goals and objectives.
3. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of treasury management sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives, ensuring they provide exceptional service to clients while fostering a high-performance culture.
4. Oversee treasury management support personnel, ensuring they effectively support clients and the sales team with high accuracy, efficiency, and seamless delivery of treasury management solutions.
5. Maintain and enhance relationships with business clients, identifying opportunities to offer new treasury products and services through cross-sells.
6. Develop and implement retention strategies to safeguard existing revenue streams.
7. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement treasury management solutions that align with client needs and the bank's strategic objectives.
8. Oversee the implementation of treasury solutions such as cash management, liquidity services, and payment processing systems, including fraud prevention tools.
9. Monitor and ensure compliance with all banking regulations related to treasury services, staying informed of industry trends, market conditions, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
10. Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management regarding the performance of the treasury management services.
11. Perform all necessary management functions, including hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary action as required.
Secondary Functions:
1. Assist in developing and delivering internal and client education and training on treasury products and services.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues related to treasury products and services promptly and effectively to maintain strong client relationships.
3. Participate in networking events to enhance the bank's visibility in the treasury management space.
4. Support the ongoing enhancement of treasury management technology platforms and tools.
5. Contribute to the bank's marketing efforts by identifying critical areas for promoting treasury services to potential clients.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a robust framework for mitigating treasury-related risks.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

This position has supervisory responsibilities for the sales team and support personnel.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and computer applications to make presentations.

Prolonged periods working at a desk
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
Travel is expected for this position.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
1. High School Graduate or GED and 9 years of related experience, with a minimum of three (3) years of Treasury Management Sales experience.
2. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Outlook.
3. Strong leadership skills can motivate team members and foster a positive team environment.
4. A deep understanding of treasury management solutions, commercial banking products, and payment systems.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with the business sales, operations, technology, and other key stakeholders and work effectively in a high-performing organization.
Preferred Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's Degree or more than 10 years of related experience.
