What You'll Do
- Establish and drive innovative vision, strategic planning, and delivery for all Oracle Fusion capabilities globally.
- Develop the business aligned application strategy via working with Senior IT Leadership and other senior business stakeholders.
- Lead the execution of end-to-end implementations, from system design through integration stage and support & maintenance.
- Oversee staff of professionals within development, support, project management, and communications to internal leadership and vendors.
- Manage overall Oracle Cloud Fusion ecosystem (including cloud technology platform services, ERP, EPM and Financial modules) and lead the SDLC process for the Oracle Cloud Platform.
- Serve as key Oracle cloud technology leader, influencing solution architecture.
- Oversee data quality and accuracy, system integration, and solution personalization efforts.
- Identify strategic improvement opportunities and align them to business imperatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise and industry leading trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, security policies, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage all integrations to and from the Oracle Cloud technology ecosystem.
- Coach, mentor, and guide employees through their career development.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Oracle Cloud Applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- 7-10+ years of experience with implementing, managing, and enhancing Oracle cloud applications and platform technologies (ERP and EPM modules).
- 3-5+ years at director level or above with a proven track record of building and leading successful global technology teams.
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform cloud solutions and systems consolidations.
What You'll Bring
- Able to create complex operational processes and procedures cross-functionally.
- 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion cloud platforms (EPM, ERP, Financials).

Pay Rate: 149,000.00 - 189900.0000 - 230900.0000 Annually. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience.
