Summary:
Manganaro is looking for a National Executive Director of DFH and Specialties to join our Charlotte, NC, Woburn, MA, Raleigh, NC, Sarasota, FL, or Beltsville, MD team. The position acts with the Chairman and business leaders in each market to develop new customers, identify new markets to enter, solve issues as they arise, and maintain and grow market share for all our product lines (Commercial, Prehung DFH and Specialty).

Position Reports To: CEO and Chairman
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creates all business unit's yearly business plan with input from the local business leaders.
- Creates and monitors Manganaro DFHS strategy nationally.
- Reviews and designs strategies to get Manganaro open direct with manufacturers that will lower our cost.
- Negotiate national terms with vendors.
- Review and assess all DHS personnel.
- Creates and monitor policies nationally to ensure efficiencies and consistency across all business units.
- Reviewing monthly financial statements to ensure the DFHS Division achieves its plan.
- Get involved with local issues as they arise to keep customer relations and profitability at the highest levels.
- Review current reports and processes and implement change to keep them relevant.
- Review jobs weekly to identify issues to minimize negative profit impact.
- Oversee the estimating department and make sure we are maximizing bid strategy.
- Review bids postmortem to keep us competitive and identify the current market trends.
- Review, monitor, and recommend new systems and procedures to keep Manganaro on the leading edge.
- Review incentive pay for business unit leaders for all units in conjunction with the Chairman and CEO as it relates to the business unit leaders' goals and assigned duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- 15 years with specific DFH technical knowledge.
- 5 years experience running a large standalone business unit.
- B.S. Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management with substantial estimating background.
- MBA is a Plus.

- Effective at presentations and proposal preparation.
- Effective at developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Specific knowledge of doors, frames, hardware, specialties, and associated products to effectively solve issues as they arise.
- Knowledge of a P&L and how it works.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
