Position Summary
Huron’s Enterprise Solutions team is comprised of business-minded technology professionals responsible for the ongoing optimizing of our portfolio through product strategy, solution delivery, and support. Our team partners closely with our business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities to drive efficiencies and create real outcomes for our business.
Our Product Owners are experienced technology professionals responsible for the full product lifecycle to empower our business through partnership, product strategy, solution delivery, and support.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Product Owner across Huron’s suite of Legal technology solutions, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Conflict Search and others.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Huron’s Legal, Procurement, Sales and Operations teams to understand and prioritize their goals and objectives, execute product optimization and assist with business process enhancements.
- Implement, configure and maintain Huron’s CLM and other legal systems to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
- Partner with other enterprise platform teams (Salesforce, Workday, Analytics, etc.) to manage integrations to and from our legal technology.
- Partner with other cross-functional and technical teams, including Reporting, Security and Integrations to support and optimize current offerings.
- Timely troubleshooting of system issues and supporting end-users needs.
- Regularly monitor CLM and Conflict Search applications’ periodic releases for new functionality and fixes to existing functionality. Leverage vendor communities to research solutions, contribute product feedback, and seek help.
- Ensure internal systems stay on the cutting edge of vendor functionality, working towards continuous optimization.
- Work closely with our change management team to provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization and adoption of legal technology tools.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Legal background is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience working closely with stakeholders and/or customers to understand their priorities and needs then translating those into product deliverables and outcomes.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders and a dedication to customer service and delivery.
- Experience advising stakeholders on best practice related to Technology processes and solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience in projects and processes related to corporate law department operations and technology.
- Experience in configuring and integrating CLM solutions such as Agiloft, Ironclad and DocuSign a plus, but candidates with the appropriate business knowledge who are very proficient at learning and adopting complex systems would also be considered for this role.
- Experience with large-scale data migrations of legacy contracts to CLM.
- Knowledge of other enterprise business applications such as Salesforce and Workday.
- Experience with conflict search applications.
- Experience with Agile scrum methodology.

The estimated base salary for this job is $115,000 - $155,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $132,250 - $193,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
