Accounting Manager, Wealth Family Office

Summary: In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the comprehensive financial records of our high-net-worth family clients. The FOA Manager will report directly to the Director of Family Office Accounting and will be responsible for overseeing the work output and professional development of junior staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all accounting functions necessary to report on the financial position of select ultra-high net-worth clients.
- Liaise and develop strong working relationships with internal service team members.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the firm’s highest profile clientele.
- Review and manage cashflow planning for high net-worth clients including budgeting and forecasting.
- Review and provide timely and accurate financial reports and analyses.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of asset movement within the department.
- Conduct regular reconciliations and reviews of banking platform access and activities, bill.com activities, and QuickBooks reconciliations for compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and execute projects as required.
- Implement and oversee client household payroll.
- Supervision, mentorship, and development of junior staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or finance or relevant master's degree.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Expert in QuickBooks accounting and Bill.com accounts payable software.
- Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy, excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The base salary range for this position is $114,000 – $155,000.
The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
